一般工商業區 - 免費 (購物HKD$300以下HKD$10)**

非一般工商業區、住宅及特別地區 - HKD$10運費 (購物HKD$300以下HKD$20)**
Atypical commercial / industrial areas, residential or special areas - HKD $10 (with purchases under HKD$300, HKD$20 shipping fee)**
包括 : 住宅、公共屋村、學校、醫院、非工商業大廈、
數碼港、鴨利洲、將軍澳、無線電視城、6-9號貨櫃碼頭、昂船洲東涌...等

**如總重量超過1公斤或總體積超過 45CM x 35CM x 20CM，本公司會加收額外的付運費。

速遞送貨時間 :
Delivery times:
一般可以在2至3個工作天(不含假期)內收到貨品，但個別貨品送抵時間仍須視乎您所選的運送目的地及送貨方式，請盡量將你的辦公地點作為你的收貨地址。
送貨時間由星期一至五 (9:00-13:00 及 14:00-18:00) 星期六 (9:00-13:00) ，
公眾假期、八號或以上風球及黑色暴雨均不設送貨服務。
如送貨派遞時無人在送貨地址接收，您選購的貨品會安排在我們的店舖，方便你到取。
如一些地區未能提供速遞服務，我們則建議客人採用香港郵政局寄貨。
Usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery (excluding holidays). However, delivery times may vary depending on the type of courier service or method of
shipment. We advise using your work address as a shipping address.
Delivery times are Mon - Fri (9:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 18:00), Sat (9:00 - 13:00)
Service is suspended on Public Hoildays, No.8 Storm Signals and Black Rainstorm Warnings
If there is no response at the time of receipt, your order will be sent to our shop location for pickup.
In the event that an area is not provided with Courier Services, we recommend customers use Hong Kong Post Office services.

我們使用香港郵政局寄貨，令送貨服務範圍遍佈香港、九龍及新界，方便偏遠
工/商業區、住宅及特別地區的顧客，郵件附有郵件編號，能追蹤貨件所在位置，以免寄失。一般可以在3至4個工作天(不含假期)內收到貨品，但個別貨品送抵時間仍須視乎您所選的運送目的地，送貨員直接將貨件送到您家中、辦公室。需由收件人(或代領人)簽收，保障更大。在公眾假期、八號風球懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效期間將不提供送貨服務。
如送貨/派遞時無人在送貨地址接收，郵政員會於翌日再次派送。如送貨派遞時再無人在送貨地址接收，因兩次送貨仍無法收件郵政員會留下通知卡，您的郵件會安排在派遞所屬的郵政局，方便你到取。十四天內未有提取者，郵件將退回本公司，您的購物交易可能會被取消。
郵費：HKD$27 / 1kg 過後每1kg加HKD$10
We use Hong Kong Post for mail services which serves areas including Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories. It is ideal for distant industrial areas, residential and special areas. All packages have a package number for tracking purposes. Usually 3-4 business days (excluding holidays) delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Deliveries will be sent directly to your home or office, and must be signed for receipt. Delivery services will be suspended during Public Holidays, No.8 Storm Signals and Black Rainstorm Warnings.
If there is no response at the time of receipt, Postal personnel will try again the following business day. If there is no response on the second attempt, Postal Personnel will leave a notification, and your delivery will be sent to the Post office for pickup. If package is not recieved with in 14 days, it will be returned to our company and your transaction may be cancelled.

台灣、澳門、星加坡、韓國及日本等亞洲地區則以香港郵政之特快專遞郵寄，並以電郵通知閣下特快專遞 之單據號碼，以便追蹤。
Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and other Asian countries - deliveries will be sent using 之Speed Post services provided by Hong Kong Post. Customers will be notified the invoice number of the Speed Post, for tracking purposes.

當收到款項後我們會在第二個工作天送出你的貨品，一般 7 個工作天內可收到貨品，但仍須視乎您選擇的送貨地址，如遇長假期例如聖誕節、新年等送貨時間可能會延誤。
Upon receipt of payment, we will ship out your delivery the following business day. Usually delivery will arrive within 7 business days, however this may vary depending on the shipping location. Long holidays such as Christmas and New Years may also delay delivery time.
如送貨/派遞時無人在送貨地址接收，郵政員會於翌日再次派送。如送貨派遞時再無人在送貨地址接收，因兩次送貨仍無法收件郵政員會留下通知卡，您的郵件
會安排在派遞所屬的郵政局，方便你到取(視乎不同國家的郵政服務)。但過期仍未到取者，當地郵局會安排寄回香港的郵政局，您的購物交易將會被取消，而我們亦有機會向閣下的追討相關費用。
