個別產品退換 / Return items
Elegantbeauty服務態度專業謹慎，訂單送出前一再覆檢，確保產品品質良好，唯長途送貨旅程或會引致產品傾瀉、變質或損毀。如您的產品收到時有損毀，請按照「7日貨品退換保證」退回產品。
You may return products sold by us no more than 7 days on receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval from us. Please note that we do offer exchanges or refund only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- 凡顧客收到的貨品或貨品數量與訂單不符，您亦可於7天內通知本店，我們如採用將有職員核實訂單內容。若果查明此乃ElegantBeauty的錯誤所致，本公司將會安排免費更換貨品，來回之運費亦由我們負責。如其他原因郵寄退換貨品的訂購者，包括本地及海外客戶均須自付有關更換貨品的郵費。
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product, we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
- 我們保證所有由ElegantBeauty發售的貨品均為真貨。如顧客發覺貨品有可能變質並要求退貨，本公司會將貨品送回有關廠商檢查及驗證，一般處理時間為6星期。若經鑑定產品變質，我們樂意接受退貨、退款或退換服務。
We guarantee that all products sold at ElegantBeauty are authentic. If you find products which are defective and wish to return it, we will send the product back to original source for testing and verification. This process may take up to 6 weeks. If product is proven to be a manufacturer's defect, we are happy to offer a refund for the product or service.
**客户只能在同一單據下退貨退換一次，一般情況下不接受退款服務。客人在購物時繳付的3%手續費，是給PAYPAL或信用卡公司收取的，並非本店額外收費，因此退款是以實際退款金額退費**
**You can only return product for once per receipt. Generally No Refund is accepted. 3% service charge at the time of purchase is for PAYPAL or other credit card services, NOT an additional charge by ElegantBeauty; therefore, refund of a product will be at the product's original price.**
退/換貨品須知及細節 / Exchange & Refund：
ElegantBeauty為客人提供「7日貨品退換保證」，讓您在購物之餘更安心。客人在收貨後起計七天內，如發現貨品有問題或需要退換時，你可以致電查詢/預約退換購物，我們會安排相關事宜。
ElegantBeauty provides a 7 day goods return guarantee. If customers find deficiency with the product or wish to return, you may inquire via telephone or make an appointment for a refund / exchange.
可退回產品
- 退貨時需把相關贈品一併退回，並貨品要保持完好包裝。
Please return goods with original packing and all related item in original condition.
- 七天貨品退換保証適用於網上購物及任何在ElegantBeauty購買的貨品。
7 days goods return policy is applicable on both Online or In-store ordering.
- 所有於 ElegantBeauty 網上或各 ElegantBeauty 零售店售出之貨品，均須親臨ElegantBeauty 零售店自行換貨。
Any item purchased Online or In-store must be returned at a shop location.
不可退回的產品 / Non-returnable items
為保障每位客户的權益，下列情況或產品恕不接受退換服務：
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of products under certain conditions, including:
- 貸品已超過指定收貨期7天。
Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- 產品已經開封或曾被使用(例如:包裝膠紙、盒被撕去或樽蓋巳被扭開)。
Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- 產品未能保持完好包裝、已被受破壞、損毀或不完整。
Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- 產品巳變質*卻被使用超過原本之容量的十份之一。
Any detective item* which is used over 10% of its original volume.
- 顧客對購買之產品產生敏感反應(客人不適合使用該產品)。
Customers have skin allegry after using our products.
- 任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品、清貨產品或特賣產品。
Any discount, clearance or sale product.
- 在ElegantBeauty網上/零售店購買之產品但未能提供有效發票。
Any product purchased online or at our shop but cannot provide offical invoice.
- 任何免費贈品, 附件及試用裝禮品。
Any free gift product, accessory and samples.
交易完成 / Transaction complete
一般客户於七個工作天內並未有任何退換貨品的申請，則代表該次貨品交易完成，ElegantBeauty毋須承擔任何法律上的責任，其後將不會安排任何更換貨品或退款事宜。
If customers does not apply for return or refund within 7 days of receipt of your pruchase, it means the transaction is completed. We will NOT take any responsibility of this transaction and will NOT accept any refund or return request.
免責條款 / Disclaimer
- 凡本公司提供的禮品及試用裝之質素一概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務。
We will not take any responsibility of the quality of free gift or samples.
- 另本公司不會就錯誤或不當使用產品而引至任何問題承擔任何責任。
We will not take responsibility in problems caused by incorrect or improper use of our products.
- 本公司保留無須事先通知的情況之下，暫停、更改或取消所有優惠或修訂其條款及細則。
We reserved rights to stop, change or cancel any special offer or discount without notice.
- 如任何爭議，ElegantBeauty保留最終決定權不得議異。
In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
