Yes, the Online Ordering is only a additional sales channel of ElegantBeauty. They can not enough the member redemption award.

答: 因為ElegantBeauty的產品都是由原產地直接入口，而產品在原產地的價格一般比較其他地區便宜，也確保正貨。
Q: Why shop with ElegantyBeauty?
A: Because our product source direct from the country of origin, and that will be much more cheaper then source from other region. And also it must be original item.

答: 有部份原產地沒有規定，例如美國入口的產品出廠時是沒有蓋上有效日期，產品都是到本港後才加印上去，一般產品可保存三年，開封後可保存一至兩年(視乎不同品牌而定)，產品如有任何出廠問題，可以參閱本公司的「7日貨品退換保證」。
Q: Why is the
expire date not shown on ?
A: Some of the product manufacturing country of origin does no rule for that. eg. USA imported product does not print the expire date on the product, and those expire date are printed in Hong Kong. Normally it can be keep for 3 years, and opened items can be keep 1 to 2 years (depends on the products). if there is any problem of the manufacturing, please refer to our [7 days goods return guarantee].
